Manager of Compensation and Benefits - Tribal Operations

The Manager of Compensation and Benefits oversees compensation for Tribal Operations team members of the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community (SMSC). This role is responsible for outlining philosophy and guidance, salary structures, job leveling, benchmark positions to market data, compensation projects, and providing guidance to leaders and HR to support in attracting and motivating talent.

In addition, the Manager of Compensation and Benefits is responsible for overseeing the administration of team member benefits.
