Job description
The Pharmacy Quality & Safety Program Manager leads Curant Health's medication safety and quality initiatives by overseeing adverse drug event reporting, product complaints, pharmacovigilance, deviation investigations, and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) programs. This role partners with Pharmacy Operations, healthcare providers, and manufacturer partners to identify safety trends, improve processes, reduce medication-related risk, and enhance patient outcomes through a culture of continuous quality improvement.
