Lake Alfred Home Health Nurse (RN/LPN) – Night Shift
Location: Lake Alfred, FL Schedule: 9pm -7am nights may vary

We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality home health care in a supportive and patient-focused environment.
💛 Key Responsibilities

Deliver individualized 1:1 nursing care in a home setting

Follow established care plans and monitor patient condition and progress

Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed
-
Communicate effectively with physicians, therapists, and caregivers

Maintain accurate documentation and promptly report changes in patient status
📌 Qualifications
-
Active Florida RN or LPN license (compact license accepted)
-
Minimum 1 year of home health experience preferred
-
Pediatric experience strongly preferred
-
Experience with G-tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators a plus
-
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical-thinking skills
-
