Job description
1st Shift
- Tooling Engineer Is responsible for providing a variety of staff Tooling Engineering services which include but are not limited to: participate in tool buy offs at the tool shops, coordinate and assist in the homeline tool tryout/run offs, provide assistance to the Skilled Trades in resolving tooling problems. Provide tool engineering expertise for Continuous Improvement.
Design tooling and fixtures as required and maintain the various Tooling Engineering files and records for the plant.
