The Clinical Documentation & Provider Success Specialist supports accurate, complete, and compliant clinical documentation throughout the patient care and reimbursement lifecycle. This role partners closely with healthcare providers, clinical staff, internal operations, and field sales representatives to ensure documentation meets payer requirements, supports timely reimbursement, and delivers exceptional customer experience.
