Job description
The District Court Division of the District Attorney's Office seeks a legal assistant to provide responsible legal assistance and technical support to the professional staff. This includes preparing and processing legal documents, researching and exchanging information with the Court and criminal justice agencies, and providing confidential and complex administrative support.
During trial, legal assistants will coordinate witnesses and assist with AV equipment. They also maintain trial spreadsheets to assist in trial coordination, and calendar meetings for attorneys with witnesses and victims.
