RN Nurse - Owatonna ASC- RN Circulator

The registered nurse (RN) is a Professional Nurse per definition of MN Nurse Practice Act. The practice of professional nursing means the performance of those services that incorporates caring for all patients in all settings through nursing standards recognized by the MN Board of Nursing. The RN practices under the MN Board of Nursing Licensure and in accordance with the MN 2013 Nurse Practice Act.

The RN is skilled in all phases of the nursing process and possesses leadership qualities to direct assigned patients and personnel. The position preps the operating room and assists in the completion of surgical procedures.

Responsibilities include

room set up, patient assessment, patient safety, maintaining skills in the field, and overall observation of intra-operative practices.
