Key Responsibilities
Assist chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation, including chopping, washing, and measuring ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen by regularly cleaning workstations, utensils, and equipment. Ensure kitchen areas, floors, and storage spaces are kept tidy and free of clutter. Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment and ensure proper storage.
Properly dispose of food waste and maintain trash bins in the kitchen area. Help with setting up and breaking down the kitchen before and after service.
Requirements
GCE O/L qualification Good communication skills and a positive attitude Previous kitchen or food service experience Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
