Job description
The Clinical Director is a key member of the Leadership Team, providing strategic oversight of all clinical services. This role leads clinical staff, ensures the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed, evidence-based care, oversees individualized treatment planning, monitors behavioral health services and psychotropic medication oversight, and ensures compliance with all licensing, accreditation, contractual, and organizational standards.
The Clinical Director drives clinical excellence, quality outcomes, and interdisciplinary collaboration to support the success of youth, families, and the organization.
