The People & Culture Manager will provide a high level of support and direction to leaders, employees and their team. They will partner with leaders to provide strategic People & Culture support, assist them in reaching core business goals, ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws, and provide guidance, coaching and programs which instill a productive and respectful working environment.
