Oracle PPM Techno Funtional Consultant

Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion PPM (Project Portfolio Management) Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in both the functional configuration and technical development aspects of Oracle Fusion PPM modules.

Key Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion PPM modules – including Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, Project Control, and Project Management. Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. Design and develop RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows).

Develop and customize BI Publisher, OTBI reports, and dashboards. Provide day-to-day support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth business operations across PPM modules. Participate in data migration, system testing, UAT, and deployment activities. Prepare and maintain detailed technical and functional documentation.

Required Skills

& Experience: 5–7 years of experience as a Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant with specialization in PPM / PFM modules. Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion architecture, configuration setups, and data flow within PPM. Hands-on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, and FBDI. Ability to handle integrations between PPM and other Fusion modules (Finance, Procurement, etc.)

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\ Available to join within 15–30 days. Good to Have: Exposure to OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) and PaaS extensions. Experience with end-to-end Fusion Cloud implementations or upgrades. Oracle Certification in Fusion PPM modules. Mode of Interview: First Round: Virtual Final Discussion: Pune Office (In-Person)
