Summary: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher (معلمة حضانة أطفال) to join our early childhood education team. This role is essential in shaping the foundational learning experiences of young children aged 3–5, fostering their cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development in a nurturing and stimulating environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement creative, developmentally appropriate curriculum activities that support early learning in literacy, numeracy, science, art, music, and social-emotional development.
• Establish a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, independence, and positive behavior.
• Monitor and document each child’s progress through regular observations, assessments, and individualized learning plans.
• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers through updates, conferences, and progress reports to ensure alignment on child development goals.
• Collaborate with fellow educators and school staff to plan interdisciplinary activities, school events, and classroom improvements.
• Maintain compliance with school policies, health and safety regulations, and national early childhood education standards.
• Integrate technology and interactive tools to enhance learning experiences and support diverse learning styles.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification or license for early childhood education (required). - 1–3 years of hands-on experience teaching in a kindergarten or preschool setting.
• Strong knowledge of child development principles and play-based learning methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to diverse learning needs.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English (bilingual proficiency preferred).
• Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about working with young children.
