Barnes Aerospace is seeking a Facilities/ Maintenance/ HSE Manager at the East Hartford Location. The Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) & Facilities Manager is responsible for leading the organization's health, safety, environmental, and facilities management programs to ensure a safe, compliant, efficient, and sustainable workplace.
This role provides strategic and operational oversight of HSE compliance, risk management, incident prevention, facilities operations, asset management, energy conservation, and business continuity. The position serves as a key advisor to leadership, driving a culture of safety, sustainability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across the organization.
