The District Manager oversees the operations, performance, and leadership of all retail stores within an assigned district, reporting directly to the Vice President of Store Operations. This role is responsible for driving sales, maximizing profitability, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
The District Manager provides strong leadership, supports Store Managers in hiring and development, enforces company policies, and serves as a key communication link between stores and the Home Office.
