You will execute refined, high-volume sauce production within a luxury banquet kitchen where precision, timing, and consistency define every service. As a Banquet Saucier, you are responsible for delivering elevated sauces, stocks, jus, reductions, and emulsions that meet 5-star standards across large-scale events ranging from intimate functions to major banquets.
