Job description
Manages assigned site implementing policy and procedure at the apartment site. Responsible for supervising live in caretaker and responsible for providing oversight to maintenance technician. Accurately processes required HUD and agency paperwork related to tenant selection through move-out procedures, per regulatory and departmental compliance.
Maintains knowledge of regulatory and policy/procedure changes.
