Tech Lead – Full Stack (Python FastAPI + ReactJS + Node.js)

Position Overview

6–8 Years Type: Client-facing | Execution Lead Location: Pune, MH Tech Stack: Python (FastAPI), ReactJS, Node.js, AWS Role Summary We are hiring a Tech Lead (Execution-focused) to drive day-to-day development delivery for B2B business applications. The role involves leading implementation, ensuring timely delivery, coordinating tasks across developers, and providing regular updates to senior stakeholders and clients.

Architecture and scope finalisation will be handled by senior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution and ensure delivery as per defined scope and timelines
• Break down business and technical requirements into actionable tasks and track progress with the development team
• Develop, enhance, and maintain backend APIs using Python FastAPI
• Support ReactJS frontend development, including API integrations and coordination with frontend teams
• Review code, resolve technical blockers, and ensure adherence to quality and coding standards
• Participate in client calls for status updates, requirement clarifications, and product demos
• Provide regular and structured status updates to senior team members and client stakeholders
• Coordinate with QA and UAT teams and support smooth and timely production releases Requirements Required Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with Python Fast API, including REST API development, authentication, and request validation
• Good working knowledge of ReactJS for UI development and API integration
• Working knowledge of Node.js for building APIs, services, and integrations
• Exposure to AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and Cloud. Watch
• Experience delivering B2B applications with real-world business workflows
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments and familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools Required Experience
• 6–8 years of overall experience in full-stack development
• Must have delivered at least one end-to-end B2B client project
• Strong communication skills with confidence in client-facing discussions
• Proven ability to lead execution and coordinate delivery across development teams Good to Have
• Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL and exposure to SQL Alchemy
• Understanding of Docker and CI/CD pipelines
