Horizon House, a non-profit organization, has been widely recognized for its as a provider of community-based behavioral health, intellectual disabled and homeless services in Eastern Pennsylvania and the state of Delaware. Horizon House achieve and to maintain compliance with regulations within PA Chapters §5310; §6400 and §6500 that reference the work/service responsibilities of Program Specialists.
