Role: Wellbeing Instructor Carlie Barlow Health & Wellbeing on behalf of MSC Cruises Seeking Italian, Spanish, German, French speakers Salary: $2,500 per month, accommodation, flights, food & laundry included. Carlie Barlow Health & Wellbeing are searching for a Wellbeing Instructor to join the team in a very exciting position, responsible for the successful delivery of holistic wellbeing classes and events on-board an industry-leading cruise ship.
MSC Cruises are committed to delivering industry-leading classes and events, raising the standard of wellbeing content in the travel sector.
Responsibilities
Instructing holistic classes and wellbeing events to guests with varying abilities
- Providing support to the operation whilst reviewing feedback and coordinating the schedule.
- Work alongside our team to help create, grow, and deliver health and wellbeing products for passengers Monitors class insights, using feedback to drive a culture of improvement.
- Continuously evaluate processes and procedures and update when and where necessary to achieve maximum efficiencies.
- Support the development of wellbeing concepts and ideas to help form a proposal for our clients, specialising in wellbeing experiences.
- Liaise with client representatives and the team on-site to optimise content delivery.
Qualifications
Technical qualifications that can be applied to the role e.g.: Yoga, Meditation, Pilates, Breathwork, Sound Therapy
- Proven track record in teaching holistic disciplines to a high standard
- Strong managerial skills
- Ability to demonstrate previous client and team management
- Experience in multi-tasking projects
- Ability to problem-solve
- Language skills are desirable Italian, French, Spanish & German speakers required.
- IT skills such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, or MAC proficient Character and Attitude: Thrives in a creative environment
- Passionate and excited about working with a start-up business

- Demonstrate commitment to the business with a strong knowledge of its mission statement and client base

- Provide a professional image at all times that supports the expectations of the company Experience Required: Minimum of three year’s experience in the Health & Fitness sector
- Minimum of three year’s management experience
- Experience in the travel sector is desirable
