Clinic Coordinator

The Clinic Coordinator provides administrative coordination and support to the School-based Health Center (SBHC). The Coordinator is responsible for managing patient registration, scheduling, and check-in as well as operating as the main site contact for school partner referrals and coordination. The Coordinator works with the Program Manager and Clinical Teams to conduct outreach and engagement efforts to increase student, family, school, and community awareness of the SBHC to maximize student utilization.

When Schools are not in session, the Coordinator may work a hybrid remote work schedule on outreach and operations projects to support the SBHC.
