Job description
The Building Controls Service Technician is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and installing building automation systems (BAS) across client sites in the GTA. Based out of our Vaughan office, this role supports field and office teams to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with Modern Niagara’s technical and safety standards.
Success means delivering reliable system performance, accurate documentation, and exceptional client service.
