Associate Director - Infrastructure

We’re working with an international finance firm to hire an Associate Director to its Power & Infrastructure team. In this high-impact role, you’ll manage strategic client relationships, lead credit assessments, and support portfolio growth through tailored financial solutions. The Role: Lead credit analysis, financial modelling, and prepare credit submissions for adjudication.

Manage client relationships and day-to-day account activity, including compliance monitoring and documentation. Collaborate with internal product partners to deliver integrated banking solutions. Drive marketing efforts and support the annual client planning process. Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory developments in the sector.

Contribute to strategic projects and ensure operational excellence across risk and compliance frameworks.

Requirements

Experience in corporate or investment banking, ideally within infrastructure, energy, or utilities. Strong credit analysis skills and familiarity with risk management frameworks. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with high integrity and professionalism.
