Job description
● Develop a careful and creative program suitable for school children and submit them to the School Director. ● Employ a variety of educational techniques to teach the children; these activities will include creativity and physical activities. you should work to ensure that the children excel in our core subjects area.
● Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of all students, including those with special needs. ● Manage classroom resources and materials. ● Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem. ● Encourage children to interact with each other and resolve occasional conflicts. ● Guide children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum (identify shapes, numbers or colours, do crafts etc.)
● Supervise children to ensure they are safe at all times. ● Maintain a clean and tidy classroom, consistent with health and safety standard. ● Prepare and present reports on students performance. ● Promote and respect cultural diversity within the classroom. ● Work with other teachers, staff, and administrators, to support students learning and school initiative.
● Offer guidance and support to students regarding academic and personal issues and as well account to the school director on matters of grave importance. ● Maintain accurate records of students attendance, grades and behaviour. Communicate regularly with school management about students progress, concerns and achievements.
