SAP IS Utilities Billing Functional Consultant

Location: London, Ontario Work Type: 100% On-site (4 days a week acceptable) Main Job Purpose This role is for SAP IS-U Implementation and Enhancement projects. Mandatory Experience Candidate should have work experience of at least 1 end-to-end implementation project and at least 1 development project as an ISU Billing Functional Consultant Responsibilities System Configuration Billing Process Management Customer Master Data Management Bill Print Management Integration Testing and Training Guiding a team of 4–5 ISU Billing Functional Consultants Familiar with SLA Working with deadlines Coordination with offshore teams and interaction with customers Qualifications First-class Graduate in any discipline (Computer Science preferred) from a reputed university Strong background in software development IT experience: 2 to 6 years Technical Knowledge & Experience Required SAP IS-U Billing – Core Skills Configuring and customizing the SAP IS-U Billing module, including: Billing schemas Rates Pricing conditions Invoicing cycles Billing document types End-to-end billing process: Meter reading Billing determinants Bill creation, correction, printing, and distribution Customer Master Data Management: Customer records Meter data Contract details Billing addresses Investigating and resolving billing-related issues, discrepancies, and errors Bill Print Management: Configuring bill layouts Output formats (PDF, EDI) Ensuring correct printed information Billing Master Data (Hands-on Experience Required) Rates Operands Variants Rate Categories, Rate Types, Rate Determination Billing Schema Price Keys and Discounts Advanced IS-U Knowledge Interlinking between Business Partner, Contract Account, Contract, and Installation Special billing processes: Manual Billing Bill Corrections Mass Processing Experience: Billing Invoicing Collective Invoicing Bill Prints Mass Scheduler and Scheduler Variants Integration knowledge: CRM FI/CA DM Print Workbench IS-U and SD Billing Real-Time Pricing (RTP): RTP Interface RTP Components Payment Plans: Budget Billing Average Monthly Billing Integration with FI/CA Billing Outsorts EMMA Monitoring and EMMA Clarification Cases Installation Groups Other Skills Willingness to understand and learn application and business functionality Strong communication skills Fast learner and team player Attention to detail, disciplined, and reliable High motivation and confidence Domain knowledge in Energy & Utilities is an advantage
