- Software requirements Management (Requirement analysis, Engineering, Development and review)
- Software project monitoring and control
- Planning and communicate with development team

- Bachelor degree in automotive engineering, electrical engineering, information technology
- Work experience in engineering, approx. 2-3 years, preferable in automotive industry; basic understanding of restraint system functions desired
- Total system thinking, analytical mind and knowledge of time-management
- Understanding and presentation of complex topics and relations
- Strong motivation, Good in conflict management and systematic problem solving 6 Good communication skills and ability to interact with customers and international local and global engineering teams (China, Germany, Vietnam.etc)
