Job description

Youth@Work helps employers build inclusive workplaces by supporting the recruitment and retention of youth (ages 18–29) who face barriers to employment. The Youth@Work Workforce Development Partner supports individuals facing barriers to employment while also working directly with employers to build inclusive hiring practices, identify meaningful job opportunities, and support successful recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
This role blends job development, employer engagement and coaching to create sustainable employment outcomes.
