Are you a BI Developer who enjoys turning data into meaningful business insights and wants to make a real impact? Join our IT & Digital Transformation department and help shape the future of Business Intelligence at The Swedish Club. We're looking for a hands-on BI Developer who enjoys collaboration, takes pride in delivering reliable solutions, and wants to further develop our Qlik Cloud platform.
Working closely with our existing BI Developer, Business Analysts, developers, and colleagues across the business, you will transform business needs into dashboards, data models, and insights that support better decision-making across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Ownership
- Own the structure, development, governance, and improvement of Qlik Cloud
- Ensure stable operations, performance, access control, and data quality
- Maintain clear standards for documentation, quality assurance, and platform use BI & Analytics Development
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualisations
- Design and optimise data models, Data Warehouse solutions, ETL flows, and integrations
- Improve analytics, reporting, automation, and ways of working
- Explore new opportunities within analytics, automation, and AI-driven insights Competency Profile You are an experienced BI Developer with strong Qlik expertise, business understanding, and a collaborative mindset that helps turn business needs into delivered solutions.
Required Skills
& Experience
- Qlik Sense, preferably Qlik Cloud
- Data modelling, ETL, SQL, and database knowledge
- Dashboard and visualisation development for business users
- BI governance, performance optimisation, and access & licence management
- You communicate fluently in Swedish and English How You Work
- You translate business needs into practical BI solutions
- You build trust through clear communication with both business and IT stakeholders
- You work in a structured, pragmatic, and service-minded way Useful Experience Experience with Azure, other BI tools, APIs, Python, automation, data governance, or the insurance/finance sector is considered an advantage.
