Decision-making is informed by established practices and past experience, ensuring effective and informed outcomes. OR May oversee the daily activities of team members within a specific area, to ensure task completion, and coordinating with other supervisors as necessary. Drives measurable business outcomes by amplifying online presence and optimising performance across digital channels, including Search (paid and organic), Social, Programmatic, Addressable media, and E‑commerce platforms.

Develops and executes data‑driven strategies to improve visibility, engagement, conversion, and return on investment through targeted, personalised, and automated media delivery. Leverages performance data, audience signals, and real‑time insights to optimise media activations, including programmatic buying, bidding strategies, targeting, and budget allocation.

Navigates dynamic digital ecosystems to refine search and activation strategies, ensure efficient use of media spend, and continuously improve outcomes across the full performance funnel.

80k - 110k Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
