Electrical Transmission Line Engineer (PE), Energy: Halff is seeking an experienced Electrical Transmission Line Engineer, with their Texas PE License, to join our growing Energy team based out of our Houston, DFW, Austin, or San Antonio office location. 5+ years transmission line engineering experience of at least 138kV with a consulting firm or electric utility.
Experience in PLS-CADD, PLS-POLE, PLS-LITE, and AutoCAD. Experience applying industry codes and standards, including NESC, ASCE, NEC, and ACI 318. Foundations design experience using one or more of CAISSON, LPILE, or MFAD. Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas. Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or ABET accredited equivalent Engineering degree (Civil, Structural, or Architectural preferred).
