Own brand presence across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook — from content calendars to campaigns. Collaborate with designers, creators, and influencers to bring bold ideas to life. Drive engagement, conversions, and ROI with sharp strategies and data-driven insights. Oversee photoshoots, video content, reels, carousels, and stories that showcase brand energy. Experiment with fresh formats — lives, polls, UGC — to keep audiences buzzing. Protect and grow brand reputation through hands-on community management. Track performance, report results, and constantly push for better outcomes.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For 3+ years of hands-on, in-office social media & branding experience. Proven success running multiple accounts with real results to show. Strong leadership skills — you motivate, uplift, and set the pace. Excellent storytelling, writing, and visual communication. Analytical mindset with reporting and data skills to back up creativity.

High-energy, can-do attitude — you’re the hardest worker in the room and it shows. Comfortable balancing strategy with rolling up your sleeves. Immediate or short-notice availability is a bonus. Tools you have exposure to: Canva, Adobe Suite, Shopify, Meta Business Suite, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook (Google Ads is a plus).
