Engineering Supervisor - Substation Renewables

Ulteig and its affiliated companies are hiring for a Renewables Substation Engineering Supervisor in Costa Rica. This role is responsible for leading a subset of the Renewable Substation design team while fostering on-the-job leadership development, supporting continued team growth, and delivering high-quality electrical substation solutions for renewable energy projects. The Engineering Supervisor is a self-starting technical leader with strong leadership, communication, resource management, and project execution capabilities. This role works closely with technical managers and cross-functional business partners to maintain quality, responsiveness, schedule awareness, and alignment with internal and external client expectations.
