Job Description: CI Technician (Continuous Improvement Technician) Reports To: CI Manager Primary Responsibilities Drive and execute Lean Manufacturing initiatives, including: 5S TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) Kanban Value Stream Mapping Visual Factory tools Lead and support Kaizen events and continuous improvement projects.
Develop process maps, metrics, and control plans for manufacturing processes. Train and coach associates, process owners, and project teams on Lean methodologies and improvement tools. Implement process improvements that reduce costs, improve quality, increase efficiency, and support machine reliability. Act as a change agent to promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the plant.
Skills & Qualifications Some college experience preferred. Strong change management and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Self-motivated with strong follow-through and sense of urgency. Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement programs is highly valuable.
