For more information, please visit www.mrm.com. We are looking for an Account Executive who will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of a program and/or a project and ensures work is executed flawlessly, on time and on budget.
Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and assist in the completion of day to day projects
- Inspire creative teams with the knowledge of the business and passion to contribute. Look for insights and help them understand the direction communications they must take on the business.
- Be the product and brand expert - guidelines and template expert
- Communicate across agency network of current projects and releases
- Ensure art buying is kept up to date by art buying departments
- Serve as the liaison between the client and the agency
- Work with the strategy and analytics team to ensure all projects are following best practices and identified learnings from previous campaigns
- Issue and update status report(s), detailing all active projects, status, timing, and next steps
- Present and obtain client approval on budget, formal estimates, copy, concepts and artwork. Upload copy and layouts to client content approval system
- Ensure formal estimate is client-approved prior to incurring costs
- Review and approves schedules with broadcast production
- Ensure all artwork is uploaded to the client facing extranet
- Ensure materials are released for media insertions/production/printing
- Recap client comments and ensures revisions address comments
- Recap client direction, comments and agreements in the form of a contact report
- Participate in weekly status meetings and calls
- Upload content (copy and imagery) into client based content management system for all client based websites
- Keep supervisor apprised of the status of work
- Develop creative briefs with consumer and marketplace insights that aid in immediate execution and long-term program planning
- Aid both client and agency in understanding brand truths, their target consumers, and the performance of agency marketing programs
- QC projects at all stages - conception, development, and production
- Report to Analytics all the project details and insights for complete results analysis Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 1-3 years as Assistant Account Executive
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Computer literate
- Team player
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Detail oriented with a can-do attitude
- Ability to juggle multiple assignments/projects
- Professional attitude; capable of engaging day-to-day client contacts directly
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience preferred yes add it please This role will be based in New York City. The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $67,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; the associated discipline; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
$65,000-$67,000 Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
