Job description
The Assistant Dining Services Manager supports the overall success of The Village at Gainesville’s dining program by ensuring exceptional service standards, smooth daily operations, and a culture of hospitality. This role manages dining staff, upholds food quality and presentation standards, and provides leadership in both everyday dining services and special events.
The Assistant Dining Services Manager also serves as the point person for Tower Club events, working in close partnership with the Retail and Events Manager to coordinate event staff, expectations, and venue setups. This position reports to the Assistant Director of Dining Services.
