
Job description
Assess students’ learning needs and abilities Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Adapt teaching methods and materials to suit different disabilities Teach basic academic, social, and life skills Manage classroom behavior and provide emotional support Collaborate with parents, therapists, and school staff Track student progress and maintain reports Use assistive technologies and inclusive teaching strategies Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, empathy, and adaptability Knowledge of different disabilities (Autism, ADHD, Learning Disabilities, etc.)
