Job Title: SQL Developer / Database Engineer Location: Hyderabad Experience: 7+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a skilled SQL Developer / Database Engineer with strong expertise in SQL concepts and database systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in query optimization, performance tuning, and ETL processes, along with exposure to programming languages like Java or Python.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries and database solutions Work extensively with: Joins, subqueries, and window functions CTEs (Common Table Expressions) Analyze and improve query performance and database efficiency Perform database performance tuning using: Indexing strategies Execution plan analysis Partitioning techniques Design and manage data pipelines using ETL tools Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements Ensure data integrity, security, and scalability of database systems Required Skills & Qualifications Strong knowledge of SQL concepts and relational databases Hands-on experience with at least one of the following: Oracle Database Microsoft SQL Server PostgreSQL MySQL Expertise in: Query optimization Performance tuning techniques Indexing and execution plans Partitioning strategies Experience with ETL tools and data integration processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good to Have Programming knowledge in Java and/or Python Experience with data warehousing concepts Exposure to big data technologies is a plus Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field Relevant certifications in database technologies (optional) Key Competencies Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and in a team environment Excellent communication skills Benefits Comprehensive Medical Coverage: Health insurance of INR 5.
