This position is responsible for leading maintenance activities, troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical issues, and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime. The Maintenance Tech will coordinate with other departments to schedule repairs and upgrades, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
This role requires a proactive approach to identifying potential problems and mentoring junior technicians to enhance team performance. Ultimately, the Maintenance Technician ensures that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards, supporting the overall productivity and safety of the facility.
