At Alterna, we are reimagining everyday banking to empower the financial futures of our members. As a UX Designer, you will: ▸Play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive, delightful, and impactful digital experiences within the Digital Channels Applications team. ▸Solve real member problems through human-centered design. ▸Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business Stakeholders to balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. ▸Own the end-to-end design process for our digital platforms, driving product innovation and advocating for the user across all touchpoints.
