Elgin Sweeper is seeking a high-performing Strategic Accounts Sales Manager to drive growth within strategic direct strategic accounts, industrial customers, and government (non-municipalities) for our street sweeper product line. This individual contributor role is responsible for developing and executing targeted sales strategies, building long-term customer relationships, and expanding market penetration across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in OEM or heavy equipment sales, with a proven ability to navigate technical sales cycles, influence decision-makers, and develop tailored solutions for both commercial and public sector customers. This role requires extensive travel to customer sites.
