Senior Account Manager - Health Insurance

Our Senior Account Manager manages a book of mid-market and large employer groups (typically 250 – 1,000 lives), providing strategic guidance on benefit planning, renewal strategy, cost management, and member engagement. The Sr Account Manager will partner with the sales team to implement new employer groups and serve as the primary point of contact for ongoing support.

They are accountable for developing and maintaining relationships with assigned employer group clients and identifying ways to drive growth and retention within our Health Plan.
