Forest School / Outdoor Learning Lead (Brand New Nursery Opening September 2026!) Maidenhead (SL6) £30,000 to £32,000 salary (dependent on experience and qualifications) Full-Time / 40 hours (Nursery will be open 7:30am to 6pm Monday to Friday) We are looking for an Outdoor Learning Specialist to join a brand new, 100-place Nursery opening in a quiet road just outside of Maidenhead Town Centre.

It is situated within a short walk from Maidenhead train station and has dedicated car park spaces, offering flexible travel options. The Nursery itself is absolutely stunning and offers beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces for the children to play and learn, including a dedicated forestry area - which is where you will come in!

You do not need to hold a Forest School qualification or outdoor learning certificate when joining, but you must be passionate about outdoor learning and be willing to work towards achieving a qualification. As the Forest School / Outdoor Learning Lead, you will be responsible for designing and delivering an engaging outdoor curriculum, embedding forest school principles across the setting, and confidently leading outdoor sessions with children and staff from day one.
