Job description
Corporate Counsel is responsible for counseling the business on a variety of commercial and regulatory matters, and drafting and negotiating commercial transactions. This position will work directly with the business serving as legal expert on customer and other key contracts, providing daily legal advice and resolving issues that arise in existing customer relationships.
