Job Title: Senior Finance & Accounts Manager Location: Kolkata CTC: Up to ₹18 LPA Experience: 10+ Years Notice Period: Up to 30 Days Age Limit: Up to 45 Years Industry Preference Banking, Financial Services, NBFC, Corporate Finance Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance & Accounts Manager to lead the Finance & Credit function.

The role is 80% Finance and 20% Accounting, with primary responsibility for Credit Management, banking operations, trade finance, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Credit Management, CMA Data, Letter of Guarantee (LG), and Bank Guarantee (BG).

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Credit Management, including preparation of CMA Data, credit proposals, and coordination for Term Loans, Working Capital, Udyam Loans, Bridge Loans, LGs, and BGs. Liaise with banks for credit sanctions, renewals, risk assessment, and banking facilities. Handle Trade Finance, including Import/Export documentation, Forex transactions, and RBI compliance.

Oversee financial reporting, including Balance Sheet, P&L, Trial Balance, BRS, and timely closure of books. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Advance Tax, statutory regulations, and audit requirements. Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management. Lead finance teams and coordinate with internal/external auditors and banking partners.

Requirements

✔ Hands-on experience in Credit Management is mandatory. ✔ Strong expertise in CMA Data, LG, and BG is mandatory. ✔ Experience in Trade Finance, Banking Operations, Loan Processing, Forex, and Statutory Compliance. ✔ Exposure to Branch, Regional, or Zonal-level banking/financial operations preferred. ✔ Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

✔ Candidates based in Kolkata or willing to relocate.
