Job description
We’re looking for a Logistics Manager who will take full ownership of our day-to-day logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring efficient, reliable, and cost-effective movement of goods across our network. This is a key operational role where you’ll be responsible for maintaining high service levels, optimizing logistics processes, and supporting the growth of our business through operational excellence.
Own the end-to-end logistics process, from receiving shipments at warehouses to coordinating final delivery across countries of operation. Manage daily warehouse operations to ensure uninterrupted workflows, inventory accuracy, workplace safety, and compliance with company SOPs. Monitor logistics KPIs, including delivery performance, warehouse productivity, inventory accuracy, and transportation costs, taking corrective actions when needed.
Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely and secure delivery while meeting service level agreements. Work closely with customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, and warehouse partners to ensure accurate documentation and smooth shipment clearance. Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve delivery performance.
Manage relationships with 3PL providers, transportation companies, and warehouse vendors; monitor service quality, negotiate rates, and ensure SLA compliance. Support the launch of new warehouses or logistics routes by assisting with operational setup, SOP implementation, inventory transfer, and go-live activities. Troubleshoot logistics issues including shipment delays, carrier exceptions, warehouse discrepancies, inventory variances, and equipment failures, coordinating timely resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure inventory movements are accurately recorded within WMS/ERP systems and maintain high standards of inventory control. Collaborate with Product, Operations, Customer Support, Finance, and Technology teams to improve logistics systems, workflows, and customer experience. Prepare regular operational reports, analyze logistics performance, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Lead and supervise warehouse and logistics staff by setting priorities, monitoring performance, providing coaching, and ensuring adherence to company policies. Act as the primary escalation point for major logistics incidents and communicate status, impact, and resolution plans to management.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience 3–5+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or operations management, including experience managing warehouse or logistics teams. Technical Hands-on experience with WMS, ERP systems, transportation management systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel; ability to quickly learn new logistics technologies.
Leadership Experience leading warehouse or logistics teams, including scheduling, coaching, performance management, and team development. Cross-functional Strong collaboration skills with Operations, Procurement, Customer Support, Finance, Sales, and external logistics partners. Commercial Experience working with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and third-party logistics providers; exposure to vendor negotiations and service agreements.
Operations Delivery Experience developing and improving SOPs, managing operational projects, implementing process improvements, and supporting warehouse or logistics expansion initiatives. Financial Skills Experience monitoring logistics budgets, transportation costs, warehouse expenses, cost optimization initiatives, and operational reporting.
Languages English, Russian, and Armenian. Soft Skills Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, negotiation, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Can-do Attitude Proactive, hands-on, resourceful, and committed to delivering operational excellence while continuously improving logistics performance.
Mobility Willingness to travel between warehouse locations, partner facilities, and operational sites as required.
