Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living independently through Self-Direction services. As the Coordinator of Self-Direction Services, you'll partner with individuals, families, brokers, fiscal intermediaries, and community agencies to coordinate services, monitor budgets and compliance, provide training and support, and ensure person-centered plans are successfully implemented.
