We're Hiring | Managing Director – Transportation & Logistics Location: Saudi Arabia Kawader for Recruitment is hiring for a leading trading company in Saudi Arabia operating in the pharmaceutical sector. We are seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead the establishment and growth of a temperature-controlled transportation and logistics company specializing in pharmaceutical logistics, healthcare transportation, warehouse-to-warehouse distribution, and airport & seaport cargo transportation.

Key Requirements: Minimum 15 years of professional experience. At least 5 years in a senior executive leadership role (Managing Director, CEO, General Manager, COO, or equivalent). Strong background in transportation, logistics, fleet management, or supply chain operations. Proven track record in business growth, operational excellence, and profitability.

Experience establishing new operations or scaling transportation businesses. Strong commercial, financial, and stakeholder management skills. GCC experience is highly desirable.
