Job description
The Electrical Engineer Manager is responsible for leading and managing engineering teams in the design and development of LV, HV, and EHV electrical power systems with emphasis on transmission and distribution substations ranging from 34.5 kV to 500 kV. This position oversees the full project lifecycle from conceptual design through detailed engineering, procurement support, construction coordination, and commissioning.
The Manager will provide technical leadership, ensure compliance with industry standards, manage resource allocation, and maintain client relationships while fostering team development and driving engineering excellence.
