HVAC Service Technician - Industrial, Commercial

The HVAC Service Technician’s role is to inspect, diagnose, repair, and service heavy commercial and industrial HVAC systems and equipment. One will have a solid understanding of HVAC, refrigeration systems and equipment, as well as a fundamental knowledge of electricity. One will actively communicate with the Service Operations Manager(s), the Dispatcher, and clients throughout a project’s life cycle and will oversee the execution of work / coordinate with other teams to ensure the delivery of quality customer service.

• Degree or certification from a technical trade school is preferred (experience will be considered), and must be licensed in Texas
• At least 5 years of commercial or industrial HVAC Service experience, solid communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills and proficiency using mobile devices, computers, hand tools, power tools, gauges, and measuring equipment; Must be able to problem-solve and provide excellent customer service at the client site.
• Service Technicians encounter challenging projects and must be able to perform demanding physical tasks like lifting heavy weight, standing, crawling, stooping, climbing, etc.
