Job description
As a Bakery Manager at Gelson’s, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our in-store bakery. The Gelson’s Bakery Manager is responsible for overseeing the purchasing, inventory and presentation of the Bakery and Coffee Bar Department. You will ensure that the proper level of stock and supplies are maintained, and that product placement is optimal for maximizing product profitability.
