Come help shape the future growth of Johnson Outdoors by playing a key role within the Human Resources department. Located at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility on the shores of beautiful Lake Eufaula, Alabama, the Human Resources Manager plans, and implements human resources (HR) programs and practices which include managing daily HR activities, employment, employee relations, learning and development, organizational design, employee engagement and recognition, safety/health, performance management, and total rewards.
Acts as a business partner supporting a team of managers and partners closely with other human resources at other locations or shared services to create, implement and manage company-wide initiatives and processes.
